Then what is your definition for "being treated as autoattack" ?
Applying on-hits and using lifesteal is pretty much what I'd call "being treated as".
The difference in damage output between
Infinite Duress and autoattacking 5 times besides the buffs is nothing more than your damage being converted into the magical kind.

It's a spell which applies 5 on-hit effects and applies lifesteal. That's what I'd call it.
...
Mystic Shot is a "spell which applies on-hit effects and lifesteal"
Parrrley is a "spell which applies on-hit effects and lifesteal"
Ruthless Predator is a "spell which applies on-hit effects and lifesteal"
Blade Waltz is a "spell which applies on-hit effects and lifesteal"
etc.
Warwick's ult...
I don't think they're TREATED as auto-attacks
All of those spells above hit one or multiple times applying on-hit and lifesteal.
Those do EXACTLY the same as WW's ID => "being treated as autoattacks"
Now try coming at me how WW's isn't since it's magical dmg and ****.
I will ask you why Jax's Empower applies spell vamp while being a magical dmg autoattack modificator, then LoL will implode and guess what..?
I still won't give a damn about your nitpicking if it should be phrased "being treated as autoattack" or "spell which applies on-hit and lifesteal".

from my understanding isnt his ult pretty much a spell which happens to apply all on hit-effects x5?
only the problem is the spell deals magic damage therefore it shouldnt apply the lifesteal but it does, and it will apply buffs,
Wit's End, is own passive
Eternal Thirst, and
Blade of the Ruined King passive, among others on hit that actually add damage or give a debuff
so following this line of thinking is ult are not auto-attacks since is damaged is limited to only the magic damage + on-hits, and aparently creates an exception where lifesteal applies itself to magic damage
