Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

So, yesterday I ended up queue dodging a normal game. After a loss playing Taric, I got put back in selection with the same ADC, who decided to instalock Vayne again as someone else was locking Ez. Then a third person decided to lock Ashe. Thankfully someone dodged in the other team and I got put back in queue. Unfortunately, I end up with the same people and they start their **** again, so I dodged so I could play a ranked game instead since I had just qualified the day before for my promotion series. I did at one point try to start a ranked to see how much time was left on my penalty and eventually got into a game to win it with Lulu...Then I noticed I was given a loss out of nowhere.
I opened a ticket with Riot, their logs show a queue dodged so the system gave me a loss in my promotions series, even though it was from a normal game. Damn you, now I have to win the last game to finally get promoted, it's only been like my 5th try.
