I was asking if the buffs you get from consuming a golem, wolf, wraith or lizard was effected by the increased buff timer from the support masteries tree. If thats what you thought I was talking about, then thank you for the help. if not, then I dont know what you thought I was asking.
No, I don't think the mastery will affect the Consume passive.

grants 20% boost of time to shrine relic quest and neutral monster buffs.The bonus from
Consume are not neutral monster buffs, as thry do not grant him it, the skill does. In addition, the buff is not part of the monster, its part of the skill, meaning that its like a buff from Sivirs On The Hunt (the buff actually lasts after you leave the radius for a short time) Both buffs last time, Nunu & Willumps is just like a longer verion of Sivirs

In a few simple steps you could find out yourself. First, go to the LoL wiki and look for the Runic Affinity article and read if it explicitly states whether or not it does. It there's nothing there, open a custom game with Nunu, once with Runic Affinity and once without and consume a neutral. Use a clock to count the times and go fap or something, and depending on whether you see a difference or not, your question is answered. People are lazy.
