Nunu's new consume bonuses

It there's nothing there, open a custom game with Nunu, once with Runic Affinity and once without and consume a neutral. Use a clock to count the times and go fap or something, and depending on whether you see a difference or not, your question is answered. People are lazy.[/quote]
