I'm seeing alot of people taking Ad marks on 
Sejuani.
As a summoner whos played sejuani for close to two years, i ask you
I mean, sure they help they early jungle clear, but thats it! Sejuani has absolutly no use for them whatsoever after lvl 3. They give what? 15 ad? Her basic attacks are near useless anyway it will do you no good to get those runes. M.pen however, works wonders. All of sejuanis abilities are magic based which means this will increase her damage throughout the game!
My point is! Dont get Ad runes on a ****ing Mage!!!

Also, MPen will help 0 with jungle clear times, since monsters have 0 MR (except for baron and dragon), which is basically the main reason you shouldn't get MPen to speed up the clear time :P
but anyway, arent there better ways to speed up your clear times. using runes for it kind of wasted them, i mean, after level 3 when sejuani clears the jungle with one permafrost, the runes become quite useless. im not just saying this, i have sported Ad and As runes after her remake and M.pen just get her damage higher throughout the entire game, not just the first three levels
If anyone has gotten different results please tell me, because my sejuani build is always looking to improve
MPen increases Sejuanis damage against champs.
