I don't get the point of having mana runes on Sivir if you already are going for a Muramana, and I don't see the point of going for Muramana if you don't have CDR (cooldown-reduction) because it honestly looks like you're trying to make an AD caster build (or hybrid ADC&C), not a AD carry. Without CDR there is no possible way that you can use all of your potentialized 2000 mana. If being a (part) caster is what your leaning towards go for CDR boots (Ionian Boots of Lucidity) and CDR runes, not mana you already have way to much mana. Lastly if you are a caster, then you don't need the AS (attack speed) boost from the Runaan's Hurricane. You would instead need more AD (to increase spell damage) and/or armor penetration, so you actually would have been better off with a second Bloodthirster (100AD and 18%lifesteal at max stacks) and/or Last Whisperer. As for the guys above this comment (i.e. Invite Him) you make it sound as if there is only one correct way to build Sivir. That is totally wrong, builds should be specified to be adaptable to different situations and match-ups. So without taking from any "official" builds, I'd like to see you make your own. And if you believe that the "official" build is the only right build, then would you love seeing people just re-posting that build over and over again?

+1 For effort. I like this caster lean/variation, but I'd like to see you complete it to make it work at it's best.

2. What were you thinking when you bought those runes? They're useless. Especially when you have Muramana in your stash.

3. Runaan's Hurricane? on Sivir? On some champion I can overlook this like Teemo for example, or even Varus. But Sivir? Why? I'd really like to know your explanation but it's not mentioned in "Item" chapter.

4. Enchantment: Captain? Again why when you're suppose to be behind your team.

5. Mastery is impossible, will not tell you why, you should be able to know without me telling.
