Lol, I'm about to hit plat and I still tunnel vision all the time. >_> I start Long Sword + 2 HP pots with Talon rather than anything that would let me take a ward simply because I know I probably wouldn't even notice the jungler even if he sat on my ward for about 20 seconds before ganking me. :P

I can't play champions other than the ones who have definite roles in teamfights.

Well, tbh I was able to actually 1-2 shot the key targets (Ziggs/ezreal) I didn' feel like I needed pen, but I did want more health so I could gib and live afterward by myself... maybe my thought process is wrong.
And as for my problems CSing, that game I posted, I actually didnt CS at all in lane because I was against 2v1 lane. I got fed because Akali kept trying to dive me. I was surprised to still have the highest CS. XD
And I often forget to farm and just let everyone else take all the CS later in the game :/

Refer to the game I just posted where I both had the highest CS in the game by far, and the most kills in the game by far.
CS = kills, kills = CS
Get one, you'll have it easy to get the other.
