The reason why I looked at this build is I'm wondering why you don't go with high lifesteal items? It doesn't complement some abilities but with R it means high AS/lifesteal you can almost live threw anything.
the thing about lifestal olaf. your main damage source is from your spells reckless swing and undertow not your auto attacks. Olaf "can" fill that role of a straight lifesteal auto attacker and does ok at it becuase of his w but other than that, not much else compliments that play style. That role can be filled far better by other champs like jax for example. Olaf is really meant to be a front line bruiser that is tanky but can still give strong presense with his abilities.
15% crit is not worthless. If an item gives you one of the best DPS stats - especially regarding your high AS and AD already - you cannot just ignore it to come to a reasonable result. Your guide is wonderful, on any other part but this is vexing.
atmas is just for tanks and even though Olaf can be built "tanky" you'll do better with other items; 15% crit is almost nothing compared to other items meaning you might see an odd crit here and there but anyone with botk will just shred you to pieces with that style of build. The armor is pretty good for how much it gives you but 45 armor is almost nothing compared to what other items give you with 45 armor; lastly the only way to make atmas really good imo is building 4-5 warmogs as they give you 1K HP but that build is pretty bad so making atmas good is really hard compaired to other builds.

Major props for this one man, here is hoping it gets to No. 1!
