I don't see why he isn't. I personally excel at skill shots so I find him to be very easy to play but other people may have different experiences.

I think he needs a solo, and much more cs then other champions, he's all about his burst you can't right click to victory I don't think.

Ezreal has the potential to be good but I just don't feel he's as viable of a choice as other AD carries.

He's worth it, but he's really hard to play, imo.. Many people think they can play with him, but only a few really do..
