It doesn't update right when you get it. Wait until either tomorrow, or a week and it should update.

It shouldn't take very long to update. We have a script running every 10 minutes updating another batch of members, prioritizing those that haven't yet been updated, then those that have waited the longest since last updating.
There have been a lot of server issues with Riot recently and that may be affecting it but it shouldn't be that bad. Looking in to it!

I was gold 1 for about a month and it wouldn't update me to gold 1 from gold 2. Right now I'm plat, and I'm not expecting it to update any time soon.
Is there some way I can manually re-verify? Kinda want that plat icon before releasing a new guide. :>
I'm pretty sure the problem occurs with every single member by the way. I know Jebus McAzn hasn't been updated to plat either, despite having been plat for some time.
