I don't know why you would say it's a Season 4 guide if Spectral Wraith had spellvamp removed back in November.

When in top lane, consider maxing Q first for better wave clear and harass. W is actually Zac's weakest skill, should be used mostly to generate blobs, so you can recover health.
When in jungle, max E first for reduced cooldown, increased mobility, jump range and, of course, damage output.
I do max E as jungle zac, mistakes were made if I didn't clearify that.. O.o
Q is good yes, aswell is W when against high hp tanks etc. But it's different from what you're fighting against, what you max first etc.

My main support is Zac, and that's prob. the best role I can play him as :P
I'm sure Gambit will pull it off sometime. If they don't, I'll personally make sure to suggest it to them >:D

It's better to max Q first, then E and lastly W.
