everything is good but it is kinda strange that riot didnt show us how much slow gives frost?
you know how much?
I noticed that frost can be only get on target if you use spell on them, on auto attack it is not working ?
Usually everyone max W on sejuani, sometimes I see E maxed first but I think that it is best to max Q, I am just gold player, got in gold with Sejuani but if you think that E must be maxed let me know with massage or comment here, I think that Q is best, more you max it lower cd it have witch means that you will have more mobility, IT IS DOING % HP DMG BRO :D thats why I love it, just use combo with maxed Q and you can take anyone, well not tank but any other target in game, and one more thing.
If your support can take that Locket Of Iron Solari or your top laner you can take Rilays Cristal Scepter or Lindrays Torment, witch increases your dmg of W by HP and every other abilty dmg and if you took Lindrays it will be so good on Sejuani because she has so much slows, so you dont actually need that Rilys but let me know bro.
W8ing for your answer.

A couple nit-picky criticisms I have.

Mobility Boots offer great gank pressure during the laning phase, as you scare foes with the quickness you come from the jungle. Would you ever consider getting other boots, such as Ninja Tabi?

Frozen Mallet is expensive. The attack damage doesn't synergize well, and she already has a slow in her kit. Is it really worth it? Sure, it grants bonus health, but couldn't you get that elsewhere?

Maxing Permafrost, again, means better gank potential and pressure, but gold and experience from ganking is unreiable and decays. People max Flail of the Northern Winds to shorten clear times, since you don't have to use Permafrost to clear camps, saving mana for ganks. Would you ever suggest doing this?

The utility tree offers a 7-second cooldown reduction for Smite, a 45-second cooldown reduction for Flash, an extra 3 mana-regen-per-5, 56% increased area covered by a ward for its first 3 seconds of life, and 30 extra seconds of Blue buff. In comparison, you get 2% cooldown reduction, an extra 3 damage-per-second against monsters from an auto-attack empowered by Butcher , 1 Ability-Power-per-level, and 8% magic penetration (at 30 MR, this results in an effective MR of 27.6) from the masteries you have listed in the Offense tree. I don't know, the Utility tree looks pretty appealing.

Is Perseverance worth the points? 6 health-regen-per-5 turns out to be a maximum of 1.2 health-per-second regained. What about 5 bonus armor?

Bladed Armor can steal buffs that you are trying to tank for either your mid laner or your marksman. In addition, since the jungle monsters attack about 0.6-0.7 times a second, it's only doing 3.6-4.2 damage-per-second to each monster attacking you. Is this worth the point, or is it better spent elsewhere?

For an item build focused on early game pressure, why not put points into Unyielding and Block ? Why not spend a point in Defender ? For one point, you can get up to 5 free armor and magic resist, which, during level-one teamfights, is huge. Final point on masteries: Why not spend a point on Reinforced Armor ? 10% reduction on the hardest-hitting damage in the game is pretty big, and should help you late game.

You included both flat and scaling MR glyphs. I love this fact. Kudos!

Magic penetration marks will not help your jungle clear times because all of the jungle camps have 0 magic resist.

Great job using spoiler and column tags to make your guide more readable. Love it!

If you buy a Sight Ward with your starting gold, you can buy 2 Health Potions, not 3.

Spirit of the Spectral Wraith further reduces the cooldown of Smite by 20%, grants 20% Spellvamp, 10 mana-regen-per-5, 10% CDR and 40 Ability Power. Would there be a time where you might want to use it?

Have you tried saving Smite for your second buff, which you'd go to immediately after your first? Get your teammates to help you with this. This helps you in two ways: you can surprise the enemy with an immediate gank at level 3, and your Health Potion economy during your first clear will be better.

A good start, but it could use a sharp eye for errors.

Please stop with the season 1 ********, you are clogging up this nice fellows guide section with useless comments trying to explain your useless point, when players of higher rank are taking time to explain it to you. if you think your right, why are you not sliver... AT LEAST SLIVER... A plat is explaining your terrible reasoning, which is a complete waste of his time. Now im raging at you for being a total dumbass, resulting in me losing out on my time as well... I'm a gold 5 player with beta experience, and all 3 seasons of experience. Vry, is a plat with more experience then you.

I'm going to say this once and only once: Take this to pm, or go away. Your logic and ideas are ****.

i had the same reasoning as u for the q... seems to me u agree with me just dont like the way i said it... u like the cdr and u maxin q second... however u dont think u have anough gold for roa. if u are in utility tree u will get some extra gold for the speccs. it does help me. its a good 3-400 gold extra... u agree with me on sequence too... its amazing

Sorry about the unreasonable downvote, Arenor. Here's a +1 to balance it out since -1s seem to impact your score much more than a +1.

@Dirty, if you're having problems with running out of mana, then you need mana REGEN, not more mana. If you buy more mana, you're just prolonging the amount of time before you run out of mana again. And you will run out.

Also, RoA is just too expensive for Sej to delve into. You basically waste its mana, even though you do benefit somewhat from the AP and health. The passive it grants you from leveling up is nice, I agree, but you can get this same passive from catalyst the protector without spending nearly as much gold. You can also turn this into a B veil if need be, which works much better for her and her role as tank. You just DON'T have the early-game gold for RoA, and you NEVER will as a jungler. It's a wasted purpose since it's an early-game buy.

Q isn't a nuke. I do (personally) max it second since it does a lot of early damage to tanky jungle creeps and the decreased cooldown is helpful for ganks. But your reasoning is flawed, and you need more game experience before you make a fool out of yourself like you have. And please type more coherently since I get a headache trying to decipher what you're trying to say.

@Arenor, I disagree with your skill sequence, but the rest of your guide is safe and sound. Sorry about the unreasonable person you've found yourself with. (Also, Sej can spam her W. Most of her damage is bursty, though.)

1. if u have alot of cdr u will need more mana so it is useful very much useful... i run out fairly often even with roa.
2. the ap however not neccessary is just an added bonus but helps significantly clearing jungle early.
3. as for roa passive i get it by around lvl 9 so it is very helpful from 9 to 18.
4. if u have 30% cdr u will realize u need more mana. cdr is clutch
5. u dont just stack hp u get aegis and u already have quite a bit of armor from runes...
6. theres a reason all these other pop ups have low cooldowns... b/c its so beneficial.
7. u say u have alot of utility but ur cds are so slow u cant use them much.
8.u want utility u need more than 10%cdr u need 30 to 40%.
9. u say perma frost is so good... and it does so much dmg yet ur stuck at a 10 sec cd bc u dont
have any cdr
10. im popping my abilities twice in a short skirmish ur getting urs 1 time... im waiting 30 secs less on a game changing ult... which her ult if used right is gamechanging.

  • ROA is bad because of multiple reasons. Sejuani is a tank and benefits only marginally from ap. Besides, you don't really need the mana as a tank as well so only the hp remains useful, which is the equivalent of a giants belt at pretty much triple the cost. Not only that, the passive takes time to charge so you should it buy early. A jungler can't do that.
  • W is better IMO indeed but E max makes sense, the damage is high and makes ganks even more potent.
  • Q max is useless because the cooldown only goes down by a few seconds, and is not sejuani´s key spell. Because of that, your comparison to Jarvan is odd.
  • I didn´t bother to explain my reasoning because I had no time. I could write you an essay with a billion reasons why you are wrong, though.
  • CDR boots, lol. Those suck. Mobility boots are 10000x better because of the massively increased ganking potential.
  • The build in question has awesome utility, especially because of the movespeed and aura´s.
  • Rylai´s doesn´t work because the slows only stack badly
  • You stack hp without the restances to back it up.
  • I am angry, because you're like... so ****ing naïve.
  • I would like to see your profile because you have no clue what you're talking about.

A. Calm the **** down.
B. I have explained myself in the guide, in the Pm i sent you, and in the comments.
C. You might be unorthodox, but you cant change facts. E deals more than Q because Q scales with the enemies max hp.
D.stacking hp counts as **** if you cant protect it. A kog or a varus with BotrK will kill you in seconds. The more hp you have the faster they kill you.
E.you dont spam. Ez spams. Cass spams. Sejuani bursts. You dont need more than one combo. You R everyone, Q to gapclose, W + sunfire to Aoe everyone, and just stay there! thats how you benefit! Then you E to chase or escape.
F. I have explained my skill sequence. It is unorthodox and I said so, i have also detailed why it is better.
G.RoA is good early because it needs time and late game items provide more. It is not a bad item. It is good on sejuani. But its an early item and waaaay to expensive. As a ranked jungler this severely slows you down.
H.you have got to understand that ranked games are immensly different! Especially junglers! The ranked jungle is completely different than solo jungle.
I. We are not angry at you, but you downvoted my guide for not putting an item, your build might work, and im happy for you. But my build will stay the way it is.

If this isnt enough of an explanation i dont know what is.

Well i didnt say max q first u max it second w is first b/c u need it to clear jungle quick. thats why u stack hp because ur w scales off hp... you sure as hell dont max e first... thats ******ed. W is ur bread and butter. this is why u stack hp. HOW IS MY REaSONING TRASH? it is common sense? seriously? you dont even have reasoning to back ur statement up? mine is well thought out and sensible. my reasoning is i want to be what i am supposed to be. a CC machine that can deal damage and tank... and thats what i can do with this build... end game i have 5k hp my w is dealing extraordinary damage and i have tons of utility... and being 5khp u aint gonna die easy... espechially when ur choosing to initiate. and if u do die ur doing ur job because they are focusing u and its taking them quite a while to wear u down... and ur doing 500-600 w easy in the process. u also have a q thats on a short cd so u can escape pretty easily.

im glad u can have someone side with u. all im asking is to use ur head. you have yet to show me how ROA is bad. there was one dumbass said it was awful for sej which is clearly false. you are a utility champ no ur not a apc.... having ur utilities ready and available more often is what u need. that gets ur team kills. u guys are saying im a soloq player but ur not telling me why this wont work. clearly it does work... its just some people are afraid to veer from the standard build which urs is. anyways even most standard builds have way more cdr. what good is ur utility if its on cd. Your build has less sustain and less utility which is what ur supposed to have and need ( along with tankiness). shoot just the fact ur ulty comes up more often is a real good reason to get more CDR. that means u can gank sooner and more often if need be. it is one of the best ultys in game.

to clarify u get soag and boots with cdr first then roa then rylais then warmogs or aegis.
