Do not stay under this mindset or it will keep happening.. if you're going into a ranked match with the expectancy to lose in your mind, it is way more likely to happen.
The following match you went TF despite not knowing how to play him. Do not let your teammates sway your decision on who to pick. If they ask you to pick a champion that you have no experience with, do not pick them. You want to be playing the champions you perform best with when your in ranked. Do not play champions you haven't played before/haven't performed well on a consistent basis.

Second ranked win of today, and while it was nothing to write home about a win is a win ^^...maybe i can get 3 out of 3 again!.

Forgot to take pics of my last two games but FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU ****s!....
game 1 saw me "have" to pick Soraka as other wise i would be reported for trolling (i wanted to take zilean but no no..)...ended up getting hammered and our Twisted Fate mid was a douche bag from hell who never once shut up or stop flaming/complaining about everything.
Game 2...just not going into this one...Top lane fed, mid lane failed then fed, i held bot most of the game...we surrendered at 23 minutes in as there top laner was so fed he was winning 3v1s...Our top lane jax reported at end.
And that ends tonight gaming...so iv ended up going from 55 points down to 23 points -_-.

First ranked game of today..and check out that score xD ADC for the win here guys, also got another first blood double kills which iv not done with Sivir in awhile.

ok so i just played another game (Forgot to pic it) where i was mid against a fizz with talon..
Game ended after we pushed into there base, got both there last towers down and the big crystal down to 400HP when they were able to ace us "$·%$%·%$%·"..the counter push then got into our base (3 of there players had the Revive summoner spell) and after 8 minutes owned us, winning them the game...
The amount of people going solo atm or ksing is just plain wrong....ashe kept going solo, our jungle Oalf was a noob you kept ksing everyone else and flaming the team...he also kept diving into combats.
Then to really piss me off i lose 25 points! wtf seriously why is it when i win a game i get a piss small amount of points like 11 and then lose a game and lose 25 fecking points? which is pretty much two wins worth of points atm...
Seriously someone explain to me how this works cos am getting pretty annoyed with this system now.

When ppl say that I'd just recommend ignoring them and doing what you think is best. If Zilean is going to work better for you or X champion or whatever you think... go for it.
Riot won't ban you for stupid reports like that when they have no proper reason behind it.
In other words, if you do that ^ do not say or do anything that could potentially be a reportable reason. Don't give them an actual reason :P
Personally, I would have just stayed quiet and reported whoever said that for Negative Attitude at the end of the game :P
As Phey said, you should try getting the deaths down a bit too. It's definitely nowhere near the worst amount of deaths consistently that I've seen though.
