Although I don't agree you effectively utilized masteries/itemization as effectively as possible, I -1 because your "full" guide has nigh on zero guidance for playing . Additionally, all the guide does is portray a wall of text. I recommend adding visual stimuli in the form of links, icons, pictures, etc.

jhoijhoi's Karthus Build Guide and Laggermeister's Ten Commandments of Writing a Guide will both help you turn a mediocre guide into something great.

In my opnion you are wasting Jarvan's potential by now having any AD. At the very least you should include an . I mean the build has more than 4k health, Atma would be extremely cost effective. You would get 18 critical and about 65 AD, so your normal attacks would do double damage. I'd probably use it as replacement for Thornmail or Guardian Angel.
