Post 6 with my two best junglers it's no big thing though. I have a lock-on flying fist of justice or a skillshot AoE stun. Before that not so much though.

It is good to give some junglers kills since it gives them faster clear times and allows more ganks. I always play jungle and sometimes take kills and then carry the game. It is essential to recognise that some junglers who do not build full tank like Nautilus or some other jungler like that, can easily carry the game.

Kill stealing vs Kill Secured will be debated till the very last day that the game stays online. Kills should in best case go to the lane, but if the are going to get away it's always best to take the kill, some assist gold is better then no gold for the lane.
Also if the lane has no common sense about how kills work stop ganking for them, "unless you want to win the game" example I once had red Buff as
Nunu & Willump Which I pinged and asked for the adc to come and get our adc had time and no one in lane and most creeps were going to die by tower "so the adc would have had more gold coming to get red then running for two or three CS!" Then this happened about a minute or two later enemy tries to run away 60-70% health I throw one snowball to slow her down, followed by the adc on our team to blowing every thing off cooldown, long story short with my one and only attack the cc which necessary to slow the enemy down it kills her with the red buff proc,
I had one very angry adc who doesn't know that it was not an intentional KS,and what blew my mind was that this player had close to over a 1000 wins and still doesn't know how red buff works.
