The wall should make the champions it hits have a hippie outfit instead of the rainbow glow. The outfit would be unique to each champion. Lots of work but they could easily make it an ultimate skin and charge the price of one. It could also have emote interactions with Groovy Zilean.

Necromancer Yorick: Yorick would be dressed in a simple black robes and have smokey shadows leaking out from under the robes. Instead of his shovel he would have a staff with skulls on with a green glow. Whenever he kills a unit he would pull their soul would be pulled out of the corpses leaving a pile os ash if it's a minion.
His ghouls would look more ominous and the would look more and more menacing whenever he levels an ability up.
When he ults someone the revenant would burst with green light and tormented souls would emit from it. When someone is resurrected from it both the ally and the revenant would kind of explode in a green light and then from the smokes the ally would burst out, but looking more like the revenant. When the ally finally dies the corpse will collapse and the soul will float away.
When he reaches level 6 and 11 his robes will look more fearsome and when he reaches level 16 he is at full power and will start to levitate and he will pull back his hood revealing his face(!)
He will say something about increased power whenever he gains a buff, and taunting an enemy when he is debuffed. And he will have special shouts when he kills baron and dragon, and another shout when a teammate does it, and yet another when he sees an enemy do it. Also special shouts towards Hecarim, Karthus, Mordekaiser, Sion and Thresh.
