1. Unless you are bronze or God knows what's under that, then the enemy team won't be full of tanks.
2. Who decides if you have to be a tank? Does your team force you to?
3. AP heavy meaning mid and top AP? I have played
Moving on, your masteries are awful. At level 1, your total armor will be 16.5(base)+12.7(runes)=29.2 which is VERY LITTLE, your MR being even lower. Let's take
