League of Legends (LoL) Item: Rejuvenation Bead

It does look kind of stupid buying these little cheap balls.

Builds into Warmog's Armor, Philosopher's Stone and Spirit Stone. All fairly useful items.

Some champions have very low health regeneration (a lot of the time because of a nerf in the past). As a result when they get harassed the damage really sticks and they are forced to abandon their lane to heal. If that champion were to get health regeneration items then he/she would be able to stay in the lane longer getting more gold and xp.

Why would you ever buy this item?
