I'm pretty sure the service used for the authentication is down. Maybe you should try again once it's back up :)
I've tried it myself just now, and I got the same issue. Let's wait for a reply from a red or an Elophant (the service I spoke of earlier) person and hopefully they can help along :)

Yes, the service is down, the recent patch messed a lot of things up for Elophant, but they're working hard to get it back online!
