Q, W, E: Gone Fishing: Humphrey casts out his fishing pole. if the hook contacts an enemy champion, they take 100/135/170/205/240 (+50% ad) and are slowed by 50% if they try to move away. The fishing line breaks after 6 seconds. If he uses this skill while his ultimate is active then they are instead pulled towards Humphrey. Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Cooldown: 10 second each rank.
Nap: Humphrey falls asleep for 5 seconds and is unable to move. During this time, Humphrey regenerates 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% of his total health and mana each second. Taking damage wakes Humphrey. Mana Cost: none Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds
BINGO!: Humphrey pumps his fists excitingly in the air as he shouts, buffing his and his allies attack damage and ability power by 15/25/35/45/55 for 7 seconds. Mana Cost: 100/115/130/125/160 Cooldown: 20 seconds at all ranks
Ultimate Heart Medication: Humphrey forgoes taking his heart pills, causing his heart to race as he takes damage while increasing his movespeed by 20/40/60 and increasing his attackspeed by 25/55/85%. Humphrey can take his pills before he dies to calm his heart. Health Cost: 15/32.5/50 per second until deactivated. Cooldown: 10 seconds at all ranks
