if you want sustain, go for the defensive tree. the only sustain you get from utility is the mana regen, whilst in defensive tree you have health, health regen, armor, magic resist, damage reduction... i think, instead of others experimenting your build, you should experiment other builds, but it is up to you, of course.

it is not like people play poppy these days...

Well this was made before the Phage upgrade, so the lack of trinity was compensated with just the Iceborns, it might be a viable choice now but i don't think it's necessary, since this build works without it as well.

Well, the Utility Masteries just soften up your laning phase in terms of sustain, so I actually do think it is necessary to put those points in it, but everyone should experiment on this.

How can you pass on Poppy? All its stats are useful on her, let alone the item's passives Rage and Spellblade. Also, going for utility tree instead of offense is a very questionable decision.

uh yes you're right, but i guess I was judging it from my point of view,
since i have quite much experience i know what the skills do.

Also i simply forgot to add the time for manamune, thanks man for reminding me.

and last but not least, im no native english speaker, as you might have noticed, so please forgive me my mistakes.

about your third point I also want to add something which people seem forget:
Guides are just a guideline leading to several playstyles, i don't think that anyone will play exactly like you or I do, so I want to leave the player some space to experience with the champion. To me exploring acharacter is one of the funniest parts in the game, learning everything from a guide is just boring.

I have a couple things to tell you.
First off: FIRST!
Second: You did a good job in splitting up the abilities section with pretty pictures. You didn't do it with your items and made walls of text which will put people off of your guide.
Third: Explain your things more. I have a few examples for you

"This is your CC and Chasing/escape tool No.2" you didn't explain how it is her cc tool. You might want to tell people that you have to smack them into a wall to stun them or its won't do much.

"Converting it into Manamune is mandatory but shouldn't be performed too early, because if you do so, your Damage will be high, but you will go down like a Hooker on friday nights, so you should at least have a glacial shroud at this point of the game" What point of the game? when?

Third: Don't assume people know what they are doing with poppy. You said that the chasing is self explanatory. Is it? mabey they should be told that the can flash and e them back? Or that they should not e them unless its into a wall or her team? People who look at guides are often newbies at the guide they are looking at. Don't leave them with questions. Only answers.
