Looks like it could be okay, I have done a-lot of ADC + Talon Comps, and I even built "Blue Talon." The other day, it actually worked REALLY well, despite my hatred of the item "Iceborn Gauntlet."
It actually won my team the game.
I might try this out, +1 for the creativity and food for thought!
Also; I'd like to add, this Guide is really well structured and laid out properly, it gave me all the information I needed to understand why you use this particular build; good job overall.
Really like this concept!
As a possible alternative for some optional items, have you considered Swapping out Zeke's Herald and Force of Nature for Shurelya's Reverie and Banshee's Veil?
Both have the 15% CDR. So comparitively you drop 26 Magic Res in exchange for Banshee's shield (Could be handy in keeping mobile?), lose ~40 hp/5 in exchange for 455 Hp, swap the 8% passive movement speed for Shurelya's 40% active, and swap Zeke's aura for some extra Mp/5, 375 Mana(which with Manamune is also an additional 7.5 damage) and the option of an early Philosophers Stone to help with lane sustain and gold income.
Not in any way saying it's better, just a thought on another possibile build path that shouldn't compromise the core values of the concept.
No no, you are very spot on there. Those are good item replacements. I was going to add in other optional items at one point when I was done fixing up the guide to look a little better. Both Shurelya's and Banshee Veil are good item replacements :) And for exactly the right reasons you posted. I'm glad to see someone here who understands my concept of this build. A few of my friends are still trying to grasp the reasons behind it lol.
Eventually I will have videos displaying what the build does and how it works as well. I've been loving it for as long as I have used it. I originally got tired of falling off late game when matches last more than 30 minutes. No longer being a source of major damage but still being squishy enough to feed enemies. I did not like that. And then building to be speed based did not change the squishy favor either. However, this build utilizes all of Talon's skills in such a beautiful manner that it helps create a dominating DoTS.
Thank you for the like ;] Don't forget to vote!

No Trinity=No Talon :D
Not to bash or anything but as most already know, Trinity on Talon spells a lesser experienced Talon player usually. As Trinity's "Sheen" proc only aims toward his base damage. Not his total damage added from items. So double 140 AD makes 280 his next auto attack. That doesn't give much damage output in total. Especially when his bursts do about anywhere from 1,800 to 3,900 give or take. Adding 140 damage there doesn't show much increase. Other more efficient items work in place of Trinity. Whether they be defensive, offensive, utility, etc.
That is aimed toward Talon users focusing on damage ^
With my offensive builds for Talon, I definitely would never use Trinity Force. Would give a weaker overall damage output. I don't ever really see Trinity Force working in any form of Talon builds over other more beneficial items.
Trinity Force only fits certain builds for Talon. And in this case with this build, although I'm trying to see where it may fit.. I can't. It gives good overall stats. But they would not benefit as much as a 6th item over something like Zeke's Herald. As this build is based on utilization and support, the Trinity Force stats don't benefit that. And Trinity couldn't replace any of the other items without a loss to the point of the build.
Trinity Force just does not have a place on the champ Talon.
Hm...I like it very much!
Thank you.
I'm still trying to find out how to make it look more "fancy" like other top guides are. But I'll get there soon enough.
