He has a file for a new skin in the PBE patch, but his didnt come with a splash or any actual tangible files yet like Viktors.

And upon seeing the skins actual animations it's pretty much exactly like the Battlecast master Viktor skin Idea I've thrown around mobafire ages ago.

i dont like how his laser goes from badass black to the normal orange when he gets the augment for it, but the rest of the particles are awesome and itll be a skin i want when i get viktor

and as a side note why does viktor have the best splash arts in the game?

Tried it out and it's amazing. I really like the Dr.Doom feel of it. Although I was expecting more of a red/black Viktor by looking at the splash.

Closing in on my second product development. another cancer marker. don't want to be too optimistic though...cause i am worried it will suddenly not work. would be the only product in the world on its platform. crossing my fingers. (yes we still cross our fingers in science)
