Edit: You asked for help with your builds, so here's my 2 cents.
In the Irelia game, either go for BotRK, or go for Tri-force, don't build both at the same time. Build 1, then get a defensive item. Personally I think Tri-force is better right now, but I don't play Irelia much anymore.
idk about veigar, that build seems fine to me.
In the Fizz game, I don't know what that Blasting Wand was for, but I assume Rabadon's, which was wrong. You rush Zhonya's after Lich Bane on Fizz, the increased survivability it gives you is massive. THEN you could have built Rabadon's.
In the Rengar game, BotRK > Ravenous Hydra, and though I see you bought Sunfire Cape to deal with their fed physical damage dealers, Randuin's would have been better for that.
Also I swear I've seen you say "we still could have won if..." in every single 4v5 game you've played in your ranked journey, or at least a fair few of them. The chances of winning a 4v5 are extremely slim, and the fact that even in 4v5's you're blaming non-afk members of your team for the loss just shows you need to sort out your attitude. You blame too much.
In the Veigar game, you mentioned you got caught out by Blitz at the end? That's why you lost. Your Nautilus had positive stats, your Blitz had better stats than their support and the type of stats I'd expect to see from a support like Blitz, Shen was 6/6/17, which was reasonably good ( highest amount of assists in the game, still wasn't even negative in stats ), and Vayne was obviously doing worse than Graves, but I've seen ADC's that lost their lane do way worse than that, even at high plat.
You only lost because you got caught out. Accept the blame and try to prevent yourself from making the same mistake a second time.

actually vapora in that 4v5 the 5 team was throwing -a lot- so it would have been a win had thalia not been fighting with graves and blitz all game, i have no idea how many times i had to say "stop" when the three of them started to argue
not many 4v5s are winnable but that one actually was had those three been more optimistic instead of arguing and not focusing on the game
and thalia one more thing, dont go into a game thinking "im only going to do this playstyle and only this playstyle everyone work around me" you were split pushing all that game, even when the 5 of them were on our inner turret, youve done it with other games too where you were an offensive jungler building purely damage items when your team needed a tank, yes you were first pick but your champion doesnt define your playstyle you need to adapt each game and doing a certain strat every game isnt going to win every game

For the Veig game you all think I'm solely blaming my team for the loss and that I'm *****ing about losing. I'm not, the whole reason I posted it was because my team did **** all game and I get caught once after bringing us back in the game and carry teamfights, not to mention that another player made the same mistake as me at the same time, I get blamed for the entire loss. Yes it wasn't very good and it led to our loss you could say, but had the person blaming me and flaming me after the game (Vayne) played at even a Bronze V level I doubt my death (and Blitz') would have been so important. And keep in mind everyone on my team was negative and had like no assists before I started 1 shotting at least 2 of them during teamfights. Also I had no problem with Shen and Naut and maybe even Blitz (other than Aatrox being let freefarm while were forced to 5 man bot). My main problem was that Vayne and the fact that she flamed and blamed me after the match (and after I died).

I didn't go into the game only wanting to splitpush it's that at the time it seemed like the best option. Graves and Blitz don't want to do anything and the mid was afk. I was a feeding Rengar and couldn't really do muchh other than trade whatever they got for their 2 top towers. Also when I play Vi and build almost pure dps I tell my team in advance during champ select. It's not the jungler's job to be the team's ***** and only be tank so that the top laner and support can pick squishy and feed and still build pure dps and not do anything. I tell them in advance that I'm going almost full dps and let them decide if they want to pick a tanky top/support/mid. If not it's w/e, I can build some tanky items after my BotRK and Wriggles anyway if we need it THAT MUCH.
Also take the game that I just posted, I told my team I was going to go almost full dps so Renekton took a tanky top and look at the success.
Also in the Rengar game I played pretty bad and I admit it, still learning the champion

Wow Shen is actually a lot better than I thought, at least when he's not countered
Flash + Taunt + Bursty Character (Leblanc in this situation) is like so op

Back on topic, games are so easy when my team knows what's up, even a little bit.
EDIT : In this game I made very little mistakes, I roamed a ton and just outplayed them in general. The only one on their team that knew how to play vs Brand ult was Annie, who used Tibbs, positioning and Zhonya's to negate my ult. Like twice while I was roaming 2 ppl just came at me standing right beside eachother. Easy doublekills. One "mistake" (it was more a mechanics mistake) I can think of is when Nocturne, Udyr and Annie dived me, I could have gotten an easy double had I pressed my ult quick enough between their 3 hard ccs.
I like it here though, there's more posts when things are in general

I've noticed that the champions I win / do the best with are the ones I have the most games with so I think I'm going to try limit my roster to those and a couple of other champions I want to get into, like Irelia and Leona. I wanted to get into Rengar but his mechanics and playstyle are just not my type.
Also in the Vi game I just posted I took every dragon (solo), every single enemy blue buff after the first, and every single enemy red buff after the second. None of my buffs were stolen.

And then in the next game, what a surprise, ANOTHER AFK! YAY!
Garen got fb on me with the help of an early gank from Yi, that was my bad for being too aggressive and then Garen got another kill on me and just snowballed the lane with the help of some more Yi.
TBH we could have won this if I got any help but it didn't happen so Yi just stayed top with Garen and took 2 top towers without any resistance.
We also could have won if Blitz and Graves werent basically afk for the second half of the game. All they did was sit in our base saying that it was over and we had no chance.
