I'm sorry, but this is not a good guide.

Your runes are messed up (really Greater Glyph of Attack Speed??), your masteries are bad (28/1/1 is bad, go for 21/9/0 to grab extra health, for example), the skill order is wrong (level 11 no Hallucinate?) and the items are not the best choices (as DeOnde has explained).

Additionally, the guide is really short and lacks any coding, it's a pain to read this plain white text.

Example (the content makes no sense):
Shaco's passive is Backstab.
His Deceive is an awesome spell and Jack in the Box is very good as well.
Additionally, he can use Two-Shiv-Poison and Hallucinate.

With coding:

1st - Don't say it's your first guide right at the title. Say that in the introduction, or don't say it at all
2nd - Activate C2V to avoid troll votes
3rd - Your runes and mastery choices doesn't seem optimal
4th - You should add alternative item choices like Blade of the Ruined King or Statikk Shiv
5th - Double Infinity Edge really is not good, you could fill this inventory space much better with an item like Guardian Angel for better survivability or Last Whisper so they can't stack armor against you
