He is one of the best lane controllers in the game with his spirit fire. He has one of the best slows/snares in the game with Wither which can shut down melee DPS champs. His ultimate is amazing in team fights and doing early baron/dragon. I just dont see how you could have such a versatile champ so low on a tier list :/[/quote]
