Why mana regen for Lee?
You build the spirit stone for the tenacity and the health it gives. The Cd reduction is also nice.
1. No summoner spell explanation. I know that smite+flash might be an obvious, but just make a small section where you explain why it is obvious shouldn't hurt :P
2. Loads of coding errors in "My jungle start". Also a lot of "i"'s instead of "I"'s and some other spelling mistakes.
3. Unnecessary change of structure. For example, in mid and early game chapters you keep everything in the middle while in the late game chapter you keep everything to the left. Try to make a choice between keeping it left or centered instead of having a switch every time (mastery chapter can stay as it is right now btw).
4. One-line explanations. Explanations like: "Standard A Runes, you could take amor Pen." is like explaining: "Birds eat vegetables, but they can also eat meat". You will have to explain why a bird would eat vegetables and when it would be eating meat instead.
5. Not a real sin, but I would just prefer to see your 3 item chapters in 1 chapter instead, keeping them apart with paragraph titles. The same for your tactical chapters.
This is a real sin though: Jungle start should be part of your early game part.
6. The "So, when should i pick Lee sin" should be put in the introduction or in a chapter behind the introduction, since it doesn't belong at the end :P

I gave you an extra blessing because I can see that you have a lot of potential, but there is still a lot that can improve. Avoid one-line explanations, fix coding and/or spelling errors, work a bit on structure and stuff like that.
Takes some work, but after that work is done, I am sure your guide will be much better than it already is :P
