with corki/ezreal getting more popular i feel bans on that bot lane would be a waste (maybe zyra?). there's no way sneaky hasn't picked up corki. id be at least spend a ban on rumble. balls can win top, mid, and dragon at the same time with that hero. then, obviously, there's meteos to worry about. the "cloud 9 meta" truly is unique and we'll see how it stacks up against other teams.
this is definitely a great point
i think what we need to look out for is if C9 is able to snatch ashe+zyra, other teams may have trouble
korea especially has shown that they have trouble adapting - europe has dealt with both ashe and varus in the past while the chinese metagame is so crazy that they shouldn't be fazed by anything

Wait what happened?

If the early days of the group stage show anything, it's that the Korean teams have trouble adapting quickly to non-traditional playstyles. The Ashe+Zyra combo is not something that any Korean team plays or has experience against, and Cloud 9 has perfected the duo over several weeks of the NA LCS. If C9 has a shot, it's going to be with Ashe+Zyra (or Varus+Zyra). We may actually see the Koreans ban out Ashe/Zyra/Varus and dominate C9's bottom lane, because they might feel that they don't need to ban out Hai or Balls. Meteos, however, will be key.
Basically, I wouldn't dismiss C9 immediately. They have the best shot out of any North American team.
