What do you think!
Passive: Euhm, 6 seconds stealth whenever you use an ability? U serious? 1 or 2 seconds would be ok, 6 is just broken.

A dash plus a thresh lantern like thing slowing enemies (means allies can follow you wallhopping, what you can't do with thresh unless you flash), plus 4 seconds stealth on arrival? With a cooldown of 8 seconds? This is like shacos q and threshs lantern in one skill, but more broken^^.
E: I think the AD-scaling is way too high. If you combine this with
Trinity Force, you basically deal 2*AD+180+2.85*base AD+0.85*bonus AD+0.3*AP damage with one AA-E combo. Assuming a base AD of 100 and a level 5 E, together with a
Trinity Force and a stacked
Bloodthirster (you easily have all this at around 25 minutes in the game), you will deal 1045 raw damage with one AA-E combo, with a cooldown of just 5 seconds.
R: I think it is ok, although i would definitely make it cost percentage of current hp, not max. Otherwise you cannot cast it when wounded, which would suck pretty hard.
Besides all this, I do not like the overall concept of it being a hybrid champ, simply because I don't like hybrid, plus he doesn't do exceptionally well with any hybrid items except triforce (don't really see him going for gunblade or rageblade). I would make him AD.

It would suck pretty hard~~ And the 'E' seems completely broken, Because if you just stack Triniy Force and spam AA-E Combos' As posted by "Isolanporzellator" You would actually just wreck any and all Champions on the field.. You would probably be able to go 1v5 if you were skilled enough. But the concept is really nice, And you should definately send it to riot, but before you do, refine it, a little better, and Balance E:

Passive: Duskborn
Whenever Zenax uses an ability, he can re-activate it for no cost to becomes stealthed for 2 seconds. Or until he auto-attacks, is detected by enemy True Sight or uses an ability. This passive ability goes on cooldown after the stealth ends. This ability has a static cooldown of 15/11.25/7.5 seconds.
Ability 1 (Q): Umbral Wave
Zenax swings his scythe and sends away a wave of dark energy in a line. This wave passes throught and damages all minions and neutral monster, but it stops and does damage whenever it hits an enemy champion. This ability can crit to the champion it hits and then deals 50% more damage. It does 10% less damage after each target it hits down to a cap of 40%.
Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds
Damage: 90/115/140/165/190 (+50% bonus AD)
Cost: 60 energy
Range: 900
Projectile Speed: 1750
Ability 2 (W): Shadow Step
Zenax instantly teleports a short distance away. Then from which he initaily where, he leaves an Orb of Disorientation. If an enemy champion walks within 150 units of it they will be slowed for 2 seconds and revealed to your team. If Zenax's passive was triggerd by this ability, the stealth duration is 1 second instead of 2 seconds.
Cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 seconds
Cost: 110 energy
Slow: 10%/13%/16%/19%/22%
Teleport range: 320
Ability 3 (E): Scythe of Chaos
Zenax channels the power of chaos to make his next basic attack do extra magic damage and gain increased range.
Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5
Bonus magic damage: 30/45/60/75/90 (+%25 bonus AD)
Cost: 15/20/25/30/35 energy
Bonus range: 75
Ultimate (R): Death's Embrace
Zenax sacrefices a part of his soul to the abyss, in exhange he calls the powers of it. Zenax is granted an aura for 10 seconds, that damages and slows all enemy champions in the aura every 2 seconds they remain there. The damage dealt is also healing Zenax for a certain precentage.
Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds
Damage per 2 seconds: 70/80/90 (+45% AD)(+30% AP)
Slow: 15%/20%/25% (slow lasts for 1 second)
Heal: 50% of damage dealt
Cost: 25% of Zenax's current health and 150 energy
Aura radius: 300
