As a Lee Sin main myself, I have a lot of suggestions:

(1) Change the guide to commment to vote in the EDIT pannel/view (should be on the same box where the save and publish buttons are).

(2) Spirit Visage needs to be listed as an item under your items because it is one of the best MR items that can be purchased for a jungler.

(3) As Vynertje said, your guide is incomplete and lacking lots of information.

(4) Also, Doran's Blade is a magnificent item on Lee Sin to purchase a bit after Sightstone or even before depending on how ahead you are. It is great because it accelerates your damage output and clear time.

(5) Ignite and Teleport are not viable at all on Lee Sin in the jungle. Flash should never ever be replaced on Lee Sin because it enables Lee Sin to make plays like a playmaker should.

(6) One of Lee Sin's biggest "Pros" is that he can apply an insane amount of pressure early game.

(7) You said that ward jumps are a huge part of Lee Sin's mobility but didn't even describe when to use ward jumps.

(8) Similarly, you say "He's also not a very easy champion to master, especially when it comes to things such as your ultimate, and ward jumping. But don't worry, we'll move onto them." However, you never explained how to do either of the above techniques in detail.

Look up shakedrizlze on youtube and twitch.tv; he can teach you a lot about Lee Sin.

The guide is decent but it is really short. Add some situationals, information on jungle paths, ganking paths, insec moves.

Also, doran's blade start is really good and I would spec your 9 points in defense a bit differently.
