She's borderline OP.
Seriously strong single target damage, and some decent AoE damage, as well as an AoE stun. She's very difficult to play though, and her power spikes massively with your skill. Overall, I'd say try her a bit on free week.

Very high skill cap. I'd say even harder to play properly than Orianna.
Once you get the hang of it, she's really fun to play. Slamming people with minions, stealing away that buff (literally) and getting a stun on multiple people to pick a target to die in half a second. Very powerful.
And very vulnerable, so there's that.

She has the hightest burst of all Ap mids at level 6 and keeps it for quite a while. She is EXTREMLY hard to play and quite team reliant: you need a good frontline to play her well. However she seems fun to play and can dominate certain match ups.
Imo, quite worth.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

She's really hard to kill on mid, but in late game she's not so powerful (single target burst).
