get out of the base with Brawler's Gloves and some Health Potion (always keep a couple of this until you're fed), then Avarice Blade, then go for Executioner's Calling or Statikk Shiv....

the BOTRK is for the tanks/chase sneaky champions...and it is conditional....your focus here is
"build more than 80% crit chance ASAP, after that add some damage, get kills, and **** tha police!!"

your runepage is horrible. ability sequence is ok. masteries are ok but drop havoc and get butcher and destruction instead. now your items... why the fck are you getting 2 bloodthirsters and 1 botrk?! one lifesteal item gives enough sustain, get some more damage instead. the build i go with is berserker greaves, statikk shiv, bortk, last whisper infinity edge and guardians angel (i still start with machete but i dont upgrade it). yeah the rest of the guide doesnt give much information and no bbcode. -1 :)
edit: ok i take everything back, your statement in the ranked play section "never tried" is enough to justify a downvote
