Teemo is played top lane where most fighters/bruisers have AA related playstyles (tryn, gangplank, trundle) so a blind is useful to teemo
Quinn is mainly played bot lane where there are ADCs so a blind is obviously useful to her
so please tell me how heimer is better off with a blind unless youre playing him as a support (a slow would be useful as a support too anyways)
