Didnt read it so it doesnt exist? Logic. Well, I did some extra research, and there were pages that indicate one, and pages that indicate the other, so you might be right about that. However, the ultimate was already the only way of letting heimerturrets slow enemies, so nothing has changed on that aspect.

"Not reading" and "Isn't listed" are two different things.
The "Ultimate turret" does indeed slow, but not the normal ones anymore.
If you decide not to use your ulti in combination with your turret, your turrets don't slow!
That's what I meant with a "slow barrier", where atm you're for example melee and try to rush heimer under his own turrets and he simply pops ulti and runs in circles..
But seeing how his grenade got fix 35% slow and 1,25 stun + 80% slow on ult....
Dunno IF Riot ponders over the rework at all...

And to be honest, the turrets would be pretty op already if they still had it.

That's totally ****ed... if it wouldn't stun or slow without ulti, but to be able to do BOTH ???
So he still can kite the **** out of you...
