Okay, I'll try to actually be nice (though with the way to reply to feedback you don't seem to deserve it) and well you what I see wrong with your guide:
- Too short, you barely explain anything besides a cheat-sheet (or basic description of the champion).
- Some of the itemization options are plain wrong.
- You're running 22 points in Masteries when Vayne needs 9 in Defense and get
- The Greater Scaling Glyph of Attack Damage is plain bad. Scaling Attack Damage is a terrible stat that won't help you survive the early and midgame. If you really play

2. Zephyr, Thornmail, Maw of Malmortius and double lifesteal item recommendations.
3. No summoner spells explanations, and also very important: No tactic/gameplay sections.

1. I said that you can use other runes, and told why is it better to use them, told what you can take instead. But i forgot to tell about Quintessenses, i will am going to do this now.
2. Zephyr is must have for Vayne in my opinion, i have no double lifesteal in item recommendations if you will read the guide from the beginning to the very end.
