Other than that I think its a good guide.
Guide does live up to its name.
Uh, and what is silver 1 in brazil? level 10 in NA? Someone who literally just finished the tutorial in korea?

You know, saying a guide is optimized for a lower skill level is a huge noob trap. Vynertje mentioned why already - stuff which works in diamond will work in silver, but not the other way round.
Sorry but no. On diamond an Oracle pay itself on silver if you destroy 3 or more wards with one is cause you have luck...

Start with charm is not an law and void is not core in every game. This is not my opinion, this is math. Considering marks of MP, 8% MP on masteries and 15 MP from socerers shoes. The MR of a target with 30 mr (normally the mr of a carry) is reduced to 5 mr (it give 4,7% reduced damage) and void staff reduce it to 0. Not a real worth compared to the mana regen 20% cdr and 15 AP form
No diamond pros, on silver people don't are accustomed to use MR Glyphs or change their pure damage builds (not the vast marjority).
BTW with the MR Glyphs we got a 10% a difference. Not worth on late game as well one time you can trade a 60 AP item with given nothing than ap and mp to a 120 AP item who will give a massive another bonus like zhonyas or even dfg.
I will not become surprise if you say to that if you don't do void staff you will don't burst a tank...
Also throatslasher is diamond on NA. It don't count too much. All we know that NA Diamond is full filed of trolls as you say to me one time...
If I see a PERFECT jax guide, but for some reason he maxes E 1st, but is OTHERWISE perfect or close enough to correct, I'll downvote with the 'i'll change it when you do'
It's nothing personal. If a jax CHOOSES to max E 1st, that's his prerogative, but it's my prerogative to disapprove of his choice or choices with a downvote. Your guide is 'correct enough' but that no charm start is really bad. It's better for lvl 1 shenanigans, it's better for lane (e+2 autos does way more than Q), it's better for leashing (similar damage but cc lessens damage to jungler), it's just better for anything. And I really don't think you should be throwing level 1 Q's in lane anyways, it will do no damage and you will push your lane (something you really don't want to do early game with ahri)
