for new summoner level 30s and below only

A big part of why there are toxic players at low levels is because their mains are banned for toxicity. [/quote] if i had a bad day i dont take it out on others a game is to be enjoyed and not be stressful . dont sit down and play angry if you dont know how to be nice . other wise you deserve to be ban . any - comments said to start with is very unhelpful and can have a dramatic in pact on the game you want to win in result causing more drama and end result losing the game out because know one could work out a game plan and just bitch at each other[/quote]
