It's a dynamic, changing thing. You could play any champion in any lane, sure, but champions tend to work best when played in certain places and in certain ways. [/quote] Builds are a part of skill, honestly. Knowing what to build on each champion, and when to build those items, is a real skill in the game. As for the idea that items define how good you are... I've never heard of that. Better players tend to have more items and more effective items, sure, but that's because they know how to get more gold to get those items. So it's kinda' related, but they're not good because they have items. Or do you mean how powerful a champion is when you say "good"? Because that's kinda' true; champions with more items tend to be more powerful than champions with less items. And while champs with fewer items can beat champions with more items, the champion with more items absolutely has a real advantage, regardless of other factors.[/quote]

No one. 2. That idea is permeated by unskilled players, that think there is only a single strategy in teamfights, which is usually 'everybody kill x', where x is either the AD or AP carry.
