A bit much considering that it can either be aimed for single-target or aoe dmg.
Heimer became the most anit-melee champ you can imagine with the new skillset.
He's just a tad harder to play now.

I have to say I used to hate Heimerdinger too but a group of friends convinced me to try him out since the rework and I can't deny it I have been converted to him.
What I do love is the fact that he is such a strong champion (Although squish) that I tend to forget to use his Ultimate and his Ultimate is actually pretty sweet compared to many others out there.
Says alot for a rework when they have such an ability and if you play them well you probably will never really need it lol

Nope; it actually has a buff out on the PBE. The ratio on
Hextech Rocket Swarm is up to 80% per rocket, giving it a 384% maximum ratio. In other words; holy jesus what the **** Riot that is a higher ratio than Xerath's full combo.
