Should be noted we mostly lost because Aatrox wasn't ever in any teamfights.

Pretty much 90% of my games
5% of the time I am the one never grouping because my team pisses me off so much that I want to lose

Don't be like that.
If the team pisses you off, then push for objectives.
Let them have their fun losing in mid, you take bot or top towers.
I personally love the QQ when they die and blame it on you not being there. I usually just respond with: 4th tower down. you're welcome.
