Views: 1021 Downvote Incompleted Guide

Hello there everyone I am EdisonKhoo. Actually I have a question, why almost everyone downvote an incompleted guide? We should tell them to archived the guide and finish the build before republish isn't it? So yeah, why would almost everyone downvote incompleted guides, please tell me :)
outside of this the others who posted on this blog already covered the other reasons i can think of.
Incomplete guides, however, are something else. Who is interested in reading a guide that does not even give the half information that another one does. Additionally, most people that publish incomplete guides never update/ archive+ finish them.
I don't know if the red button is an extra motivation to improve a guide, but in any case it is fair to be hitted, when guides are incomplete.
I don't personally mind if someone is still working on one chapter, but if the guide is not even close to finished, I hit downvote. There is no reason to upload incomplete guides at all, nobody is interested in such.
Because they aren't necessarily going to listen to what you say?

Downvoting gives more incentive to archive, finish, and start it over fresh and COMPLETE.
Well maybe if we speak politely? Maybe they will listen if not, it is not too late to downvote isn't it? O.o
