Yeah I kinda avoided Amaterasu because it's kinda OP, especially since the flames are not supposed to go out... so it'd damage them until they're dead... :3

basically he can maintain the effect on his enemy, but he will recieve damage himself every 2 seconds, so basically he will have to stack some health to survive the damage he deals, it can easily be nerfed by reducing his base stats... but then again if he stacks health he sacrifices Ability power, reducing the damage he does. also healing effects will be reduced on him. You can nerf it more by making the range really small so he has to get close to the enemy, hence if he gets focused his amatarasu just increased the dps against himself and increases the chance he dies.

Having a damage spell that damages yourself is kinda like Olaf's Reckless swing but ranged and considerably worse, seeing how Sasuke wouldn't be moving when casting Amaterasu.
I wanted the ultimate to be somewhat unique, so I made it into his "strongest" technique, which he used on Itachi.

Yet he was still alive after he was hit by it, and while we're at it I'm just gonna throw in Alucard from Hellsing ultimate. Vlad would be so screwed...acutally everyone would be screwed.

Haha, but technically Itachi used his "ultimate" to defend against it, so an ult for an ult :V
