I already did some changes Meiyjhe suggested. When I did this thought I would have some time to change/add things. But now there is too much going on in normal life that I hardly find time to do some large upgrades.

For now, I would be really glad if you could tell me which things you don't like. If it's not something really serious I might do it tomorrow or on sunday.

You can do that better

Nice guide in general, you have some grammar mistakes here and there and your mastery trees are different from each other but I think that everything else is ok.

Thy sins
1. Cheatsheet structure. Might wanna optimise it to like (just as an example): "Starting items #1 - Starting items #2 - First recall - Core - Offensive picks - Defensive picks - Example build"
2. Lots of one-line explanations, try expanding them. The item section could use some more structure as well (try explaining smaller parts of your build individually).
3. "As for other supports I'd like to mention Taric and Soraka who are probably the best choices if you're in a hard matchup or in your very first steps as Lucian." Why don't you just use the same format for them?
4. "preety"
5. The masteries in the guide are different than the one in your cheatsheet
6. In the abilities, all spoilers contain a picture except for the ultimate. Add one there as well, use the information within that spoiler in the original explanation itself.

I find your explanations lacking quite a lot. Though you have all basics necessary, you can just do so much things better. Though the build is fine, I just believe you can do much better than this.
