I like him. His kit might need a bit of work but I like the lore, I like the concept. I like the the fact that he uses wind as a weapon. This guy feels like he was made for me because Kazega is a play on the Japanese word for Wind.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...I'm not sure if I should feel excited or not. I shall wait for the Champion spotlight to come out and then I shall see how he plays.
I don't understand the move list too much, you need to hit a move to airborne them then you can use your ult to teleport towards them and attack? I might be dense as a Mother F**ker but I think I will wait until Riot brings out there little Champions spotlight on this guy.
