Those two would be Salmon paté and Crab paté.
I think they're commonly put on sandwiches.
I've never seen Salmon and Crab paté though, so I'm not entirely sure.
Liver paté on the other hand is very common here in Sweden. It's quite tasty. Put some slices(alternatively spread it on like butter, it comes in different forms) on a piece of bread with some butter, then put some pickled cucumber on top of that. It's really tasty. You should try it.

here in Finland we just put it on some rye bread without anything else with it (some people like to have hard boiled eggs with it though)
