I'm thinking about the last 9 points for riven defense tree or utility 10% cdr on summoners and movementspeed and the pots or the defense tree still dont know where to put the 9th point in 2 armor or 3% hp where black cleaver is the only thing on riven which gives me hp and ppl say the liferegen is **** in 1st tier but 5% on resistances is it even better? only resistance item on riven would be guardian.
so what would technically be better in defene tree and should we rather take defense or go for 9 in utility

Defence is most definitely better for Riven due to her lack of mana and contrary to what I said on the first page it's best for ADC too. You should go for health regen because Riven doesn't stack resists and 3% hp because it's better than 2 armour.

Enchanted Armor
literally does nothing until you buy an armour/MR item and even then it's negligible. On the other hand
Recovery
is actually surprisingly useful for laning considering the base health regen on most champs is only about 5 or 6 at level 1.


yeah, enchanted armor is only good for resistance tanks. works decent on champions taht gain bonus armor/mr as part of their skills, but unless you're going to build more it'd be better off with the health regen.

if pots would give 1 hp and there would be a mastery that adds 1 hp to pots then it is twice as good but still ****.
but on the other hand, when you deal 1k dmg then 3%more is 30 more, so both are pretty useless.
