@Tactical section; Here you just put in everything the reader should know about how to play Twitch. So in the laning phase, what should you keep in mind? Do you play offensive? Do you just farm? In the mid-phase, what should you keep in mind? Ganks? Roaming? Pushing? Lategame, what should you keep in mind? Positioning? Splitpushing? Ganking? Objectives? Maybe even warding?

Basically anything that is not explained in your build sections, but still should be known by Twitch players, should be explained in the tactical sections.

ahh ok! makes sense. I will begin working on something like this asap!

thanks again!

Thy sins
1. Might want to break up the "situational viable" part in the cheatsheet in to smaller ones. Eg make a defensive options part, lifesteal options part, something like that.
2. Frozen mallet, Maw of malmortius and the black cleaver are all very meh items for ADC's. I'd suggest you remove those from your guide.
3. "You smell terrible!" Well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me!
3. No tactical section
4. Chapter titles are good enough to find what I need, still they would be better off to be just straight forward.
5. A lot of one-line explanations

Thy blessing
1. Listens to its commenters and improves based on that :3
2. C2V
3. The example build itself is fine. Cheatsheet overal well structured
4. Good enough use of structure
5. Bonus: matchups and synergies

Result: Path of the Student
I have hope. I really do. The guide however, is not so good. It is missing a tactical section, the explanations are minimal, some things about your build I disagree with and so on. Please expand on your explanations, make sure that even a monkey can understand why you make the picks you made. Add the o so necessary tactical section, and then the guide should be better.

This guide does deserve a downvote, however, you have proven to learn from your mistakes. When someone tells you you can improve on something, you do it! Which is a great thing. So assuming you keep improving, my vote remains neutral.

oh wow! I am beyond grateful for this comment. very helpful not sure where to begin.

I guess i'll start with my mess ups.

1. first off like the idea about breaking up the situational items. that's going in the oven right now!
2. I agree I have been experimenting with twitch items and I am starting to dislike said items less and less. I will begin considering there removal!
3. well lol sorry but it's true.
3. I am not sure what you mean by tactical section or how to do that >< perhaps you could give me a spot of help or perhaps point in the direction of a link that can help me with that?
4. Yes chapter titles I see what you mean those are important for navigation i'll revert those to the default.
5. This guide definitely needs to go more in depth! I am working on this as hard as I can I am hard pressed for time between job, schooling, driving lessons and so on and so forth! :P I will make the effort though I promise.

now maybe for some positive feed back reception. :P
1. yes I find that to be extremely important especially in these early stages that I listen to people that probably know a bit more than me because there just trying to help. I also find your labeling path of the student very fitting because well now im pretty much the student and this community is the teacher :p
2. I came across this feature and it seemed that it would be useful so I could count on some free feedback! :P
3. Thanks! it is a start I know it could use some improvements here and there but hey gotta start somewhere :P
4. structure is by far a work in progress! :p thank you though. right now i'm actually scrolling through some of the highly rated guides for better ideas towards structure and appearance.
5. this section is also a work in progress as with a lot of other things hah. I will definitely be adding more match ups as I get more in game time to experiment and/or find more reliable resources about this subject.

as said before I am pleased with the "the student" path as that mostly what I am. as I continue to learn I hope to make this guide better so that when I have learned I can help others to learn and the knowledge of LoL can transcend from generation to generation through all eternity! or something like that anyway. cheers!

you are welcome at my guide anytime, comments and votes in any direction are very welcome!
(however, if you upvote, you might smell a little better ;D)

I dunno. Didn't see anything glaringly awful except the runes, no defensive item, and length of the guide.

No problem! It was my pleasure ^_^ However, I highly, highly recommend that you at least mention the other options that people have brought up. You can always keep your own choices on the cheat sheet, as this is your guide, and everyone has different opinions. Include a section in your runes and items section and say: "Other runes that might work well" or "Items that can be chosen as well" or something along those lines. This will placate other readers who disagree, all the while keeping what makes your guide unique!

I like this idea a lot and am planning to incorporate it shortly. ty again, you have been extremely helpful!

Yeah about gramatical errors and typing. There isn't almost one single cap letter in the whole guide. Type better, because no caps, no pauses and no organisation is a pain to readers. Fix it entirely

I will address this asap. ty

I appreciate you taking your time to give me some pointers all of this is very useful information. yes the green con is a mistake I will fix this asap haha.
I will address the grammar I was not even paying attention to capitalization my mistake!
I didn't know you could code masteries! noob mistake will be addressed.
the only thing im not willing to move on is the armor pen. let it be the death of this guide, but I simply believe them to be better for the power they provide throught most of mid and all of late game. I see this as irreplaceable and this wont be changed.
guardian angel I am also not saying is a must. I am keeping that a choice.
as for everything else though this comment was great and very helpful. thank you!

Mkay, so you did say we could put comments full of criticism... So I'm gonna go ahead and do so ^_^ I'm not going to downvote as this is your first guide, but I will offer advice on how to present your information, some tips on coding, and maybe even some content advice (even though I've only ever played Twitch once, lol)

  • Let's begin with how to present your information. For starters, this might just be a typo or something, but in your Pros/Cons section, there's a random green note in all of the red o.O
  • Next, since you're doing a list here, try using the [ list ] code! (take out the spaces of course, haha). Once you do this, you can type [ * ] as a bullet point to get ones like I'm using now! (and don't forget the [ /list ] at the end of each list!)

  • In the "Master of Masteries" section, you should link the masteries to the MOBAfire database. Not all of us memorize what each mastery does, haha xD
  • You should also use your cheat sheet! In the mastery section/rune section/skill section, you can put a picture (thing, dunno the name xD) of which ones you put in the top build section. Actually, in general, just use more coding. It'll make it much easier to read. Jhoijhoi has a fantastic guide on all of this! Click here.

  • Use correct grammar! I know people who would take one look at your guide and downvote it immediately because you dont: Capitalize your "I"'s, capitalizing the beginnings of sentences, etc.
  • And finally, make sure your guide is at least 90% complete! I can tell that you know what you want to say, but you haven't really gone into too much detail. Especially towards the end!

  • Now (I know, I know, a lot of corrections. But judging from the attitudes of the people above me, these should help you a lot!) I'm going to talk about your build itself.
  • I agree with what they're saying. As an ADC, you will be building Armor Pen later, so early game it's not very necessary. Besides, the only armor people will have at the beginning are from runes, and all together, it's not worth sacrificing some of your own AD.
  • In my opinion, the "Example Build" in your cheat sheet should be the last thing up there. As a reader, it caused a bit of confusion, as typically, things are in rising order.
  • Another thing with your cheat sheets, don't put recipe items. Items like B. F. Sword or Zeal don't need to be in EVERY. SINGLE. SECTION. Just put it in one, and say like: "Major recipe items" or something like that.
  • Finally, as an ADC, based on the meta from last season, you always, ALWAYS take Guardian Angel as your last item. This will help you come out of the teamfight alive as your team defends you while you revive.

And that's it! Like I said before, you know what you're doing, but I believe that you just need a push in the right direction. If I ever run across this guide again and I see it's improved, I'll be sure to leave a vote!

Good luck and have fun writing and fixing your guide! ^_^
