The coding is beatiful, and it looks awesome, but this guys up there are right...

Can't say it is flat out terrible - I can see some of the points you're making in your item build, but it is far from optimal nonetheless. Agreed with pretty much everything banana and SmokedCarpenter already said.

PS: Shouldn't you like, get level 30 for once?

Bananaman is right about all that stuff he listed which would be redundant to list again, but some specifics:

- Skill sequence, should be W maxed first then E.
- You should always be taking flat armor seals. Split MR is fine but flat armor is necessary for early trades and early minion aggro. You can always itemize for more armor anyway.
- zerkers greaves = bad on melee champs. You need dat tenacity in most cases or tabi for the trades.
- I do not recommend selling boots lategame, but if you do go for zephyr so you still have tenacity and a little less MS.
- Idk some other stuff but I'm bored is christmas.

Thy sins
1. Masteries are a mess. Fleet of foot? Nono. Blade weaving? Nono. Go more defensive, you'll need it.
2. Same for items, way to offensive. With the example build you presented you will die before you can even cast your ulti.
3. Flash is a need for almost all champions. Fiora is not an exception, especially with the squishyness in your build.
4. The things that are questionable of your build are not explained in your guide. For people it might be a huge shock that you dont take flash. If you do something very differently than other people do, then you must explain very clearly why. This is also meant for the scaling+flat runes combination, the lack of mercury threads in your guide, or just your example build in general.

Your guide is not good. The build is way too squishy, the explanations are minimal on spots where it should be vital, telling people to go afk when they are up to Teemo. If Teemo is a hardcounter, you should try to help the reader in order to handle him, not just say all hope is lost. I know that Fiora has its limitations, but you definately can advice to build more defensive, to request a pre-6 gank or even build Ancient Coin if Teemo denies all your farm.

And then I am just talking about the Teemo counter section. You really need to improve your build and the explanations related to it, because right now, there is not a lot of positive things I can say about it.
