O gosh, I have the whole adobe package (school requires it) but never tried anything out. Yea I work in photoshop. Can you give me a link to that tutorial? Looks really cool XD
Looks pretty cool, really like the text. Also love how the background looks like clouds and its "Aviator" Irelia so she's sorta flying...ish...maybe.
I think the sumdging flow should have been on the same direction to a certain extent than the flow on her hair :)
Right now it gives the impression that the wind is blowing in a direction and the hair is waving in the opposite direction which doesn't technically make sense if you know what I mean :P
The face is lil bit oversharpened but maybe that's just me :3 The smudging on the other hand is amazing :D

By the way do you work on Photoshop? So I can make you the tutorial for the animated banners thing :3
On another note, I picked up a new software to learn! Since I pretty much got used to PS now, I figured out I'd give Adobe's other products a shot and it turned out that Adobe After effects is one of the most powerful and amazing softwares I've ever came across.
I've downloaded it a few hours ago, and took a random tutorial on the internet and here's the outcome of 1 hour of testing:
This software is a wonder maker lol. I'm planning on combining both PS and AE now to make signatures that have an animated fragment (think for example moving lightning sparkles on the sword of a Riven signature) :P
When I make progress I'll post some of my work with it :P
