Of course. Quick casting is key towards getting off fast combos.
Amazing guide, surely upvoted.
But i have a small question - why dont you build her as AP Offtank, like RoA + Rylai's or something like it?
I ask, coz treeline is full of assasins and bruisers who can kill Liss too easy just 1v1.
Your guide is op i cant disagree, but anyways...

roa takes too long to stack up, theres no point in rylais as her Q already has the slow. if you wanted to build hp there are better items, but lissandra is a burst champion so if she does no damage theres no point in picking her.
